Nordic Mines is conducting continuous, systematic exploration for new deposits. At the moment, the company has investigation permits for 22 areas, covering a total of 37,000 hectares. The most interesting areas today - where mineralizations have been discovered in the top layers of the rock and where exploration activities are most extensive - are the Laiva mine, Oltava and Tormua in Finland, as well as Fjälltuna and Vassbo in Sweden. The focus of the exploration work primarily lies on extending production at the Laiva mine.
